What is Shaolin Ba Duan Jin?
Ba Duan Jin originates from the ancient Shaolin manuscripts of Yi Jin Jing (Muscle-Tendon Change Classic) and Xi Sui Jing (Marrow-Cleansing Classic). It consists of eight simple yet profoundly effective movements designed to work with the body's energy, or Qi.
Translated as the "Eight Pieces of Brocade," each movement is like weaving a precious silk thread into a tapestry of vibrant health, targeting your internal organs, strengthening your immune system, and promoting longevity.
