QIGONG

Activate Your Body's Natural Power to Heal

Imagine giving your body the ideal conditions to restore its own balance, strength, and vitality. That is the essence of Qigong, a foundational healing martial art.

I teach practices rooted in the ancient traditions of Shaolin and Wudang, designed not for combat, but for cultivation. This is a moving meditation that simultaneously heals, strengthens, and conditions your mind and body from the inside out.

Experience "Acupuncture in Motion"

You may have heard of Tai Chi's profound effects. Often called "acupuncture without needles," these fluid, mindful movements:

  • Release tension and improve energy flow, similar to acupuncture.

  • Promote functional strength and graceful movement for everyday life.

  • Calm your nervous system through synchronized breath and motion, creating a state of "dynamic meditation."

This practice is your tool to recalibrate your posture, stimulate your body's natural healing systems, and build resilient energy for modern life.

Whether you are recovering from injury, managing stress, or seeking to build sustainable vitality, Qigong offers a path.

Ready to create the perfect conditions for your body to thrive?

Chan Meditation & Da-mo Self-Massage: The Lineage

Chan (Zen) meditation is the heart of Shaolin practice—a method of sitting in stillness to observe the mind, calm the nervous system, and cultivate internal awareness. Its founder, Bodhidharma (Da-mo in Chinese), the 28th patriarch of Buddhism, brought these teachings from India to China in the 6th century. Legend holds that after nine years of wall-gazing meditation, he developed a series of self-massage techniques to relieve the physical stagnation and joint stiffness that arose from prolonged sitting. These became the Da-mo self-massage methods—simple, precise actions targeting the face, head, and kidneys to stimulate acupuncture channels, move qi, and restore vitality. Over 1,500 years later, these techniques remain clinically relevant: they improve circulation, reduce facial tension, support adrenal function, and ground the body before movement practice. In this workshop, you'll learn the authentic forms, taught as they have been for centuries—practical, therapeutic, and deeply connected to the meditative state.

Just for you.
